Hi and welcome!  I'm Lorie, aka LadyFinger.   I've been painting and creating casually for pretty much my whole life, and the list of crafty projects I have begun and discarded could fill a very large book.  Then, about 3 years ago, I tried watercolor for the first time and discovered an absolute love for painting florals and greenery and other natural things.  There is just something about the uncertain flow of paint and water on the paper that enthralls me and keeps me ever experimenting.   It's color come to life!

Professionally speaking, I have been a librarian for over 30 years, and I have a lifelong passion for connecting people to the right books.
